Quick.SVG 2005 CGM to SVG Edition converts Computer Graphics Metafiles (CGM) to pure, Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG). SVG is an XML-based graphics format that is supported by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). Quick.SVG is CGM-to-SVG conversion software that converts CGM binary elements into closest possible SVG element equivalents, not just a series of small, straight poly-lines. This allows for full use of the SVG after the conversion to create symbols, provide valid search ability, and allow for database connectivity. Version 1.2.5 includes conversion engine improvements.
