Adds a Shift-V shortcut key to Google Reader that opens the current item in the background instead of the foreground (which is the default when using 'V').This is useful if you don't want to either Ctrl-Shift-Tab multiple times to get back to Reader, or have to move your hands off of the keyboard to middle-click.
