QMulus is an artificial intelligence research platform created by Qualia Labs. Established in 2007, Qualia is an Atlanta-based company that focuses on medical innovations using advanced algorithms. When you install QMulus, your computer becomes part of a 'cloud computer' that is able to run interesting AI algorithms. While QMulus is running, your screen will show statistics, graphics, animations and other interesting activity. You can run QMulus as a screen saver or a background process, telling it how much of your computer's capability you would like to use. If you install QMulus on more than one computer, you can track progress for all of them at once and accumulate QMulus points called Brainstorms. Running QMulus gives you access to an online portal at QualiaLabs.com where you can join teams and track your AI research progress. The portal will tell you more about QMulus as well as give you access to team management functions, QMulus news and interesting AI links.
