Kaliro Calendar Sync is used to synchronize calendar events between Microsoft Exchange, Lotus Notes (tested on 6.5 and 8.5) and Google Calendar. It is particularly useful for people who move between organisations, as it can be run from USB memory and supports multiple synchronizations that are triggered only when logged on to the appropriate computer. It also provides the following features: Optional "toast" pop-up window to notify of an impending calendar event; greater control over the handling of alerts, including the addition of up to two extra alerts. This can be used to have Google send you an SMS notification for each calendar event; manually copy individual events from one calendar to another; optionally protect your passwords with a master password.
