I recently put a Master Bathroom addition onto my home. I wanted to purchase a clawfoot tub for the bath but they are quite expensive and the economy is quite poor right now. So, I decided that I would have to purchase a used tub in order to complete the project. Naturally I thought of CraigsList to search for the tub, but I have always been annoyed by the clunky CraigsList interface for browsing and not being able to search multiple cities at once. The only solution was to write a program to search multiple CraigsList cities and make it easier to browse the posted adds. Find-a-Deal allows you to search multiple locations with a single click and makes browsing easy by simply displaying the chosen posting in a window for review. No jumping back and forth to review the post. However, there was still one problem...I don't have time to sit at my computer and search CraigsList hoping to find the item I am looking for. That's why Find-a-Deal can be configured to Automatically Search for the items you want while you get on with your life. Simply configure Find-a-Deal with the items you are looking for and it will notify you via email/sms text when it finds the item. Find-a-Deal has far surpassed my expectations. I found and purchased a $1800 clawfoot tub for $50 after receving an e-mail from Find-a-Deal the very next day! If you combine this with the integrated browsing, I knew that I had to share this application with the world. How much is your time worth?
