Launch Control is a small tool designed for 32-bit and 64-bit Microsoft Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7 operating systems. Launch Control allows you to monitor all internal operating system activity of starting applications (Processes) and loading dynamic-link libraries (DLL's). Now you can block or allow the starting of any process or module, just by a single click. Digitally signed modules with trusted publisher can be allowed by default. Launch Control works on session level. This means that every user in the system can have his or her own independent Launch Control installed. Launch Control uses neither kernel-mode driver nor any undocumented operating system features. Also, there is no kind of hooking or patching within Launch Control. It is a complete user-level application based on well-known Windows APIs. Version 1.1 added a context-menu to Alarm window that allows to mark all modules from the same folder by a single click.
