Diodia ToolbarCreator creates Microsoft Internet Explorer toolbars, or more precisely, Microsoft Visual Studio 6 and Microsoft Visual Studio .NET workspaces that compile into unique Internet Explorer toolbars. The Diodia ToolbarCreator programming framework makes it possible to implement for example a "Search Google toolbar in less than 30 lines of C++ code.
