rasterREnew is a full-featured raster editor and drafting tool for making changes to scanned and raster drawings. It also has quick image clean up including manual and batch deskew, despeckle, and crop. Edit drawings and make drafting changes using simple CAD-like tools--manipulate, modify, edit, revise, edit existing raster and add new geometry, cut, copy, and paste, snap to grids, snap to ortho, and raster dimensioning. Save raster drafting edits to make the changes permanent. Scale drawings for printing with or without bannering and watermarks. Version 2.8.4 may include unspecified updates, enhancements or bug fixes.
