This app provides management of workout timing. You can compose various combinations of time sets with different lengths. Then you can set how many times you want to repeat your creation (cycles). The application can be used on all kinds of devices. (phones, tablets, TVs etc.) TIPS: You can change the name of each interval. (for longer workouts, so you can keep track of excercises) - You can change the unit in which each interval is timed in. (minutes or seconds) - You can use the last interval in your set for cycle rest.
