The Michigan Disc Golf Travel App is a FREE smart phone map app to help traveling disc golfers find courses where they're vacationing in the state of Michigan. This App accompanies the 28 x 22 printed map that can be found in all different parts of the upper and lower Michigan peninsulas. This map is produced on a yearly basis and becomes available to the public through out the state during the spring months.Printed Map - This tab with the magnifying glass icon includes all the locations a printed map can be found. By clicking on the different logos a page opens to either a link to the users smart phones map app so the user can find the location or it opens a link to the business' website. The last link is to Michigan's MDOT Welcome Center location page to find the closest Welcome Center to the user.Map - This tab with the map icon takes the user to a map that pinpoints all the public courses in the State of Michigan. The blue dot is the user and the red pin points represent all the courses near the user. Menu - This tab is represented by 3 lines and opens to lots of fun extras; a menu of Scorecards for the user's convenience, details of other activities and attractions in Michigan, a link to our supporter Innova Champion Discs' website, a contact us page to email us, a link to our Facebook page to see what's new, and a Note Pad for recording important details about the user's visits to different courses. Because the State of Michigan has so many courses and the status changes so often, updates to the apps disc golf course locations are updated on a regular basis and all the user has to do is sync the app for an automatic update. NEW in version 1.6 are the scorecards found under the the Menu tab. The app offers four versions; a 9 hole, 18 hole, 24 hole, & 27 hole scorecard and the cards can be saved or shared through Facebook, Twitter or by Email.
