GymDiary consists of two parts - Diary and Notifier. In your Diary you may design your personal training program and apply it to any time period. Then you close it and nothing happens. But some day you start your PC and a small balloon appears in right corner of your screen informing that you have a workout today so you'd better go and burn some fat. When you click the balloon a dialog window appears, there you can look at your workout plan, print it or move to another day. You went to the gym, and at the evening another balloon appears, asking you to mark your new progress. Version 1.4 supports Vista.
