SwingMedic allows you to video your golf swing and then compare your swing against those of professional golfers. Before using SwingMedic you must be able to transfer your video to a digital video file (.mpg, .avi, .wmv, .mov). The software will extract the frames from your digital video in which your swing is in key analytical positions. SwingMedic has videotaped numerous professional golfers. The software contains the images of the professionals in the identical positions. SwingMedic has calculated the swing angles (spine angle, club plane, etc.) of each professional in the analytical positions and allows you to calculate your swing angles for an instant comparison. In addition, you can view every professional frame next to your frame and overlay professional images in order to receive visual feedback. SwingMedic provides sample digital movies in order to evaluate the software.
