This app steps you through your hangboard workouts. Displays which holds to use, what type of exercise, and a timer for each exercise followed by a rest, with optional audio alerts indicating the start and stop of each exercise. A great way for building rock climbing and bouldering strength and endurance. A handful of example workouts are provided with the app, and you can edit, duplicate, and create as many workouts as you would like. Create workouts that fit you, and change them as you get stronger.
