The start of each round/series and break is indicated with a sound/vibration.The timer is intended to deals with activities such as cardio, tabata workouts, boxing, MMA, combat training, jumping rope session, crossfit, hike/trek and more. The advantage of using this timer is that once switched on, it continues working in a sleep mode.COUNTER DEVICE Never lose the count of your rounds/series, which often happens. Define their number, the break time in between and start your exercise. After completion of a single round/series, mark it as finished, then the break time, once set, starts immediately by itself. The end of each break is indicated with a sound/vibration.PROGRAMS LISTSave, edit, duplicate and delete each training program in the list. You can switch between two list modes: Detailed and Compact. The Detailed list contains search bar for programs, that allows you to search by namings. A multiple deletion option is available. The Compact lists unique design gives you speed-up usage. A single delete option is available. Duplicate operation is applicable only in Detailed list. * The Detailed list is a standard text-oriented scrollable list with a search bar. * The Compact list is user friendly with a much faster access to programs, due to the circle-touch area, always wholly visible on the devices screen. * Each list can amount maximum 50 programs, so in need of new programs, you have to delete some old ones in order to keep the limit of 50.The workout pushes your body to the limit so as every muscle strains.
