The Pushup Tracker allows you to count your pushups by placing your phone below your face and touching your nose or chin to the phone each time you go down. This increments the count and allows you to easily see your progress. In addition, there is a Lifetime count that shows total progress since the beginning. A history is included that keeps track of how many pushups you did for each exercise session.
