The basic difference is that Gold Stars & Check Marks focuses on Yes/No tracking (Did I work out? Take my pills?), while TraxItAll uses a unique, patent-pending tracking system to give you an easy way to track anything on a daily basis. HOW IT WORKS We use the phrase Measurement is Motivation to describe how Gold Stars & Check Marks works as a goal setting tool.
