OnTrac Fit for iPhone is a beautifully simple app for tracking your strength training workouts. OnTrac Fit for iPhone allows you to log individual exercises or create workout templates to keep you on track. The exercise database is completely customizable. You can log up to 6 sets per exercise including the reps and weight of each. You may also log notes for each exercise completed for more detailed history.
