The tournament was initially created to give Martial Arts bigger cash prizes and recognition for their ability. The first tournament was held in the Bronx, New York. The second tournament was held in Manhattan and the third in San Antonio, Texas. Each tournament gave out cash prizes to the grand-champion, trophies to all winners and promotional gift bags to all competitors with items from Def-Jam and Interscope Records. Due to lack on sponsorship the tournament was not able to continue on an annual basis. Due to the difficulties we have made the tournament into a game to enhance the Martial Arts community.
