Simply select your food, adjust the portion and save it, to provide an accurate account of an individual's daily, weekly or monthly food intake. Nutrients automatically tracked include: Calories, Total Fat, Saturated Fat, Cholesterol, Sodium, Carbohydrates, Sugar, Fiber and Protein plus 1 additional user defined category useful for tracking a particular vitamin, mineral or point style nutrition systems.
