Email to Case

Email Template Application for creating a case from email. ServiceDesk allows for users to create an email to case with a specific format. This app makes creating a case easier by providing the required fields within settings that can be updated as needed. The last sent summary and description is saved and can be reset to the blank default value. Before sending an email to create a case, if you use a signature depending on the signature you may need to remove it for the case to be created. If you get an error missing attribute, try removing your signature before sending the email.All settings can be imported via CSV including the summary and description text.Please email any suggestions or questions about the Email to Case application to
