This application makes sure that an encode process was always running. As real encoder is not known for its stability there are some occasions when the real producer control crashes the sure encode software. Use Watchdog Timer to monitor the system every 60 seconds. On each pass it looks through the list of open programs. If the encoder process is missing it will send an alert e-mail to a specified address and try to run the encoder application. This means that the radio station can be sure that their online feed is always avalable. Obviously this can be used to keep other programs loaded.
