NetCheck is a Windows tool for persistently checking network connectivity from the running host to foreign IP addresses. This can be helpful in many situations, e.g. when setting up network infrastructure or periodically asserting exisiting network infrastructure. Using the command line it is now possible to setup scheduled tasks or batch jobs with results being logged in plain text log files or in Windows EventLog.
