CheckInTime is a time recording application which provides a mechanism for your employees to record the begin and end of their work session. They can have multiple sessions on any day allowing for time such as smoke breaks or lunch hours to be excluded. The interface was specifically designed for simplicity allowing for users to rapidly check in (start time) or check out (end time), as the application already knows whether your employee is currently checked in or out. The interface provides for a single button to either check in or check out.
The application maintains a history of start and end times for as long as is configured in the administration module. There can be 1 or more locations where employees can check in and out. All of these locations are managed centrally where the timesheet report is generated. The frequency of the report can be configured to be as frequent as you require, along with the ability to generate the report on an adhoc basis against any of the historical information still available in the system.
The timesheet reports can be read by your accounting or reporting application of choice. The format generated is completely configurable allowing you to specify a format that is generated on a scheduled basis.
The outputs supported include - MYOB, Quickbooks & Simple CSV.
You can specify further formats within the administration module.
The administrator application can be installed on the same machine where the users will check in/out. The administrator application can also be installed to a seperate machine as long as they have a shared network drive between them. The administrator application can administer 1 or more user check in/out machines.
