Microsoft Operations Manager 2000 Patch: Insertion of Null Characters

This patch has been issued to address the inadvertent insertion of null characters to customer knowledge base articles stored by Microsoft Operations Manager 2000 (MOM). This condition causes MOM Management Packs that were exported for use on other systems to fail during the import process, which could cause existing Management Packs on your system to cease functioning. To prevent this, you must apply this patch prior to processing any Management Pack information on your system.
