Digital Diary gives you fingertip access to the current status of any of your projects, giving you the ability to go back to see all activities on all projects on any day you choose. Projects are organized under user-defined categories in a hierarchical pop-up menu. Projects can be easily transferred between categories, making it ideal for use as a convenient project status indicator. Entries are identified with a header containing the type of activity, project name, category, note number, and date and time of entry. 'To do list' entries will pop-up to remind you of unattended items at a chosen future date. Digital Diary now allows you to export and import diary text files for easy back-up and transfer of information. It will also keep running tallies of income, expenses, and elapsed time for each project individually, as well as provides for linking between project files. Digital Diary complements your present filing system to help you find what you need to know now. Digital Diary replaces: to-do lists, diaries, reminder notes, day files, telephone notes, and all sorts of other memory joggers.
