DeskBox is a simple but effective utility that helps you manage your personal data and work data. You can treat it as a 'to do' list, a birthday reminder, or a document manager. But it does more than just that. Items of information are stored as Messages and organized by Boxes. A Box is not just a folder, but also a function with its own unique characteristics. For example, messages in a Birthday Box have name and birthday functions incorporating features, which alert you to the number of days pending before a birthday, and the age of the individual in question. These features are not found in messages in the 'To do' Box.
