Important Information. You must be rooted and running a OMS rom with Substratum theme support to use this theme. if you have no idea what I am referring to, please don't download because it will not work. Please read the full description before purchasing or leaving a bad review, and if you have any problem or question, email me (email@example.com) and I WILL get back to you and help. I completely understand how complicated some of these things can be and I will be there to support you. This theme supports custom roms with Substratum OMS support. Theme ready Gapps not needed but, will enhance your experience. This will theme your stock apps and more. HOW TO INSTALL1) Download and open substratum app and select Onyx theme2) Once open you must chose Android System in order for other apps to become Inverted. 3) Choose any other options of apps you want from various selections4) Use the floating button at the bottom right to build and apply the overlays5) Reboot (most changes will take affect instantly however, some may need a reboot) 6) If for some reason it takes an extreme long time for the overlays to work, simply reboot and apply again. Note- Please remember, there are a lot of overlays provided and it will take a couple of minutes for the entire theme to take affect. Your screen will flash on and off and go black through the entire process, that is normal. WHAT IS INVERTED OR DARK: This theme will darken your android framework and systemui as well as various app. Many apps you have installed will become Inverted/dark such as-Settings-Notification drawer and all system UI -Android Messages-AOSP Messaging (MMS) -AOSP Email-AOSP Phone-AOSP Contacts-Android Keyboard-Nova Launcher-Titanium Backup-Google app and Google Assistant -Google Allo-Google Duo-Google Play Store-Google Inbox-Google Calendar-Google News and Weather -Google Voice-Google Phone-Google Contacts-Google Camera-Google Photos-Google Maps-Google Plus-Google Home-Google Clock-Google Keep-Google Music-Google Docs-Google Drive-Google Translate-Google Wallpaper-Gmail-Gallery-Calculator-Tesla Unread-Omni Switch-Whats app-Instagram-You Tube -Twitter-XDA-Cyanmod File Manager-DropBox-Documents/Files (for Android N only) -ChainFire Super Su app-Magisk Manager-cLock-Whats App (only latest non-betas.) -Almost all your Android Framework such as Pop-up/menu screens-And many more to come. VERY IMPORTANT. If you run into problems after an app updates, uninstall all Onyx overlays, reboot, then reapply. 99 percent of the time it will work. With update 1.2 and above, you now have control over your system accent/background color, battery icon, status bar color, Navbar, and qs tile text color. Simply check the colors you like and watch the magicl. Important. If you want to go back to a android system color, battery icon, or navbar previously applied you MUST clean overlays then apply your choice again. You can go through all 40 plus colors, battery icons, and navbars however, if you want to go back to one twice you must clean overlays. How to Clean Overlays: 1- Go to the upper right hand corner of Substratum (while inside the Onyx theme) 2- Click the three little white menu dots. This will drop-down a menu then hit the "clean installed overlays" section. 3- Wait for it to clean (takes like 5 seconds) your screen will flash dark then back on4- Reboot your device, then your free to re-apply your choice again. This process sucks however, system color on newer phones has become very difficult to theme/overlay, but it works every time. If for any reason you run into problems or force closes, flash the Substratum Rescue zip in custom recovery and that will get you back up and running. If that doesnt help email me.
