StudioCzar Pro's elegant tab-style format makes navigating the system, simple and efficient. Your studio will now be able to track labor on projects simply by "punching in" and entering an Activity Code that you setup. What's more, your clients can have Activity Code Overrides defined, allowing you to offer special pricing. Write estimates before a project is awarded? No problem, SCP allows you to enter estimates, then link those estimates to a project.
SCP is not just a time tracking solution, it is an extensive project expense management tool. All typical expenses that contribute to the production of a project can be tracked and reported on; Hours, Materials, Shipping costs, Purchase Orders to outside vendors, and Mileage. With the powerful Summary mini-tab, you can see your project costs and billing totals at a glance, with percent profits, all invoices currently written against that project, and any remaining amounts yet to be invoiced -- no guess work!
With all this power to analyze your profitability comes the need for security. StudioCzar Pro's Admin area allows you to set up staff members that use the system and restrict what tabs and/or dollar amounts they are allowed to view. Speaking of the Admin area, this is the area where you can also set your country's Currency Symbol, markups on shipping and POs, sales tax rates, the method of calculating activity costs by either Staff Pay Rates, or Activity Code Cost Rates, and much more.
Once your project has "all that data" in it, creating an invoice couldn't be easier. When creating an invoice, you simply click the import button, and all related expense information is auto-entered into the invoice. You can simply print the invoice, or override amounts as-needed.
