SimpleRouting allows the field processing of assigned orders. SimpleRouting only works as a complement to and with the use SimpleDispatch and Accounting desktop software for the Windows environment. You will need to download and install SimpleDispatch and Accounting prior to its use. When the user logs in a vehicle check is processed and any deficiencies are emailed back to the company traffic department. Orders are received, quantities are adjusted and verified. Additional line items can be added to existing order. Customer approval with signature is processed. Confirmation for the order is provided to customer. SimpleRouting allows the field personnel to see and map distance to next order in real time, using Google Maps to guide them to the next stop.
