The XIV edition of Parli@ments on the Net will be organized under the general heading of "A digital facelift for parliaments" and will be hosted by the Bundesrat in Berlin. In the last two decades, public relations work in parliaments has undergone radical thus far unimaginable changes. The introduction of the internet and the first parliamentary websites with fast developing new techniques and features was followed by the expansion and integration of social media as popular communication channels. In the meantime, parliaments have reached a certain level of consolidation offering a wide range of services to their clients. Nevertheless, it becomes more and more evident that this state of consolidation will soon be in need of a "facelift" in order to cope with future expectations and challenges especially with regard to the progressive process of digitalisation. To facilitate this "facelift" the program of Parli@ments on the Net XIV will focus on three topics:- Communication strategies aimed at young people,- Parliamentary apps,- and - most importantly - the optimization of structures, tasks and functions in parliamentary online editorial teams. This app provides all the information needed for participating in the seminar: a list of hotels, the agenda, a list of speakers and participants as well as all documents, handouts and an evaluation of the questionnaire. Presentations by participants will be published on the app immediately after the conference. Please note that NO printed documents will be provided. All meeting documents can be found in this app.
