'Send - Email My Expense Claim' is a business expense claim app. Use its 'Submit Claim' and 'Track' functions to attach files from your mobile phones photo library to the claim and track submission status. Use its Settings function to input your business email and your approving officers email. Once you submit the claim, your approving officer will receive an email of your expense claim including the file attachments.When your phone is not connected to the internet or in the absence of mobile coverage, the app will temporarily store your claim submissions in an Offline state, in which you can also track under Track -> Offline. Once online connection is detected by the app, these offline claims will be automatically sent by the app. Hence, you can submit your expense claim anytime as soon as they are incurred. All expense claims successfully sent can be viewed under 'Track -> Sent'.
