By tracking your weight and the foods that you eat each day, you will quickly see how many calories you're consuming and what adjustments you need to make to get in shape. You can use either the metric or imperial measurement systems, and you can monitor quite a few performance indicators, such as energy, fat, carbohydrate, water consumption, and even your sleeping routine. Diet Tracker also lets you take into account the impact of exercise, and contains an extensive 6000-item food database. Version 0.8 allows the user to edit existing food items and adds several new lookups and filters.
