From the developer: "Go4Customer Answering, Fax,Call Recording & IVR is Microsoft TAPI 3 based product which makes use of Voice Modem/Dialogic Cards. We've tried this to make this utility with all essential utility and avoided useless features which makes its difficult for user to use it. It provides the feature to store the unanswered calls so that you can make sure that you don't miss any business while you're away along with the capabilities of sending and receiving fax and recording call. We can set the Call Recording Machine in two modes i.e. Manual and Automatic mode using which user is having option to decide to record incoming call with the feature of playing a note before recording calls. Fax can be sent either by selecting some text file or by typing the fax message at box provided with this utility. All the recorded calls, incoming messages or incoming faxes can be viewed by selecting options placed. Its necessary for SOHO users and Mid Sized Business while its a good bet for large corporates. It provides Multi Threading facility using which user can record 4 or more lines at same time. This is possible using Intel Dialogic Card. It support (Text-to-Speech (TTS)) using which you can write text which can be answered whenever call is there in three different voices. You can options like number of rings after which call is to be answered and set the number for which answer is to be recorded. Microsoft SAPI 5.1 is included with this packages. Seperate."
