This grade book software is for grading students after exams. The teacher inputs the marks for each subject and the grade limits. The input is done through input forms, which are loaded on clicking a command button written new input. After input a user updates and saves the information in the database by clicking on labeled command buttons. The software will calculate the average (mean) marks for each student. It will also determine the distributions of the marks for a given class by calculating the standard deviations. The software will display the results for each subject and overall in terms of marks or grades on request. The overall class performance list can be requested and printed. Also individual student reports can be produced. The existing bug is that the names of students should not be more than 13 characters per name to avoid distortion of class list result print out.
