Lay down on your back, spread feet slightly, arms alongside of the body, palms are lying down on top of one another covering ether the solar plexus. Make sure you are comfortable and have no unnecessary tension as you prepare to begin the sequence. Place the PDA on the pillow, click the Sleep button and follow the directions of your personal relaxation trainer to fall asleep fast. The software can also be used for relaxation during the day.
