Mindfulness Chimes is a tool to provide random timed reminders to stop your current activity and become mindful of what your are thinking, how you feel, etc. It is a tool to increase awareness. Mindfulness Chimes allow you to set a minimum and maximum time interval between which the chime and/or tray popup will occur. The chimes continue until disabled. The application also allows configuration of a period of the day when the program is active/inactive (for example, the chimes can be turned off during the evening hours). If a shortcut is placed in the Startup folder, Mindfulness Chimes will automatically startup with Windows.
