Find nearby rides to get you to and from your stop or station. HOW IT WORKS: 1. Select rider type: Adult, Honored Citizen or Youth. 2. Choose your fare: 2. Hour Ticket, 1-Day Pass, 7-Day Pass, 14-Day Pass or 30-Day Pass. 3. Choose quantity: Buy fare for the day or multiple tickets to use later. ($5 minimum purchase). 4. Check out: Pay with Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. COMMON QUESTIONS: Q: Do I need to be connected to the internet to use the app. You will need an Internet connection, using either data or wifi, to purchase tickets and receive the correct day code. Once the app gets this code for the day, you'll be able to activate and use your tickets without a connection. Q: What if my battery dies. Just like with paper tickets, you're responsible for making sure you have a valid fare at all times, so be sure you have enough charge to last your entire trip. Q: How do I activate a ticket. Tap "Use" on a ticket before you board -- the best time to do this is usually when you see your bus or train approaching. If you're at a MAX station where fares are required, make sure to activate your ticket before entering the paid fare zone. Q: Do I need to make an account. We recommend you create an account -- either from within the app or on our website -- before purchasing tickets, as it's the only way you can transfer your unused tickets if you get a new phone. An account isn't required -- but it can save you a lot of time the next time you ride, and it lets you manage unused tickets. If you don't have an account set up, we won't be able to refund or restore access to lost tickets. COMPATIBILITY: iOS versions 8.0 or above (iPhone only). An internet connection is required to purchase tickets, but not to use them.
