The lite version of this app provides a quick and simple way for you to learn and calculate volume of solids. There are six computer animated videos on the volume of the cube, rectangular solid, cylinder, sphere, cone and pyramid. Each video is divided into several different parts that you can easily skipped to.Also, we included two sample calculators (cube and rectangular solid) so you can easily calculate the volume and other parameters for these solids. Each calculator will automatically perform unit conversions between yard, inch, feet, centimeter and meter if needed. This will help you to save a lot of time. The videos included in this app are:1. Basics on finding 'Volume'IntroductionExample 1: Deriving rectangular solid volume formulaFinding the unit for the volume formula in Example 1Example 2: Deriving the formula for the volume of cylinderFinding the unit for the volume formula in Example 22. Volume of a CubeIntroductionDeriving the formula for the volume of a cubeThe unit for the volume of a cubeExample 1: Find the volume of a cubeExample 2: Find the length of each side of a cube3. Volume of a CylinderIntroduction: Deriving the formula for the volume of a cylinderThe unit for the volume of a cylinderExample 1: Find the volume of a cylinderExample 2: Find the height of a cylinderFurther solving the equation in Example 2 to find the height4. Volume of a SphereIntroduction: The formula for the volume of a sphereExample 1: Find the volume of a sphere given its radiusFinding the unit for Example 1Example 2: Find the radius of a sphere given its volumeFurther solving the equation in Example 2 to find the radius5. Volume of a ConeIntroduction: The formula for the volume of a coneExample 1: Find the volume of a cone given its base radius & heightFinding the unit for Example 1Example 2: Find the base radius of a cone given its volume & heightFurther solving the equation in Example 2 to find the radius6.
