A new app for choral singers who don't read music well: Photograph your sheet music. Touch a note in the photo to hear its pitch. What's My Note? helps singers to learn individual pitches. For a demo, please view the video on our website. Note that What's My Note does NOT play scores from start to finish or interpret rhythms. What's My Note? reads published choral music - the kind used by high school choruses, church choirs and musical theater. It plays vocal lines, not piano or instrumental parts. Hand-written manuscripts and most forms of popular music probably won't work. If you are not sure whether What's My Note? will read your music, e-mail us a photo, and we'll let you know. What's My Note? requires an 8 megapixel camera and Camera2 API support.
