Your ring tone can be at max while your Media volume is at 0. 2. Be sure you have the right device selected- Open the settings menu either by pressing the Android menu button, or pressing the 3 dots in the upper right corner of the app. Once the menu is open, press "Switch Reader Type". Another menu should pop up listing out several supported ID Tech Readers. Find the Reader you are using and select it. 3. Try running the Auto configure - Open the settings menu as described in step 2. Click "Start AutoConfigure". The auto configure utility attempts to find a communication profile that matches your phone. This process can take several minutes and is not guaranteed that a communication profile for your phone will be found. Note: This demo app is for demonstrating the ID Tech family reader's functionality. If your phone works with the reader and the application, it is not a guarantee that the reader will work with your particular Point of Sales application. If the reader works with the demo app, and not with the Point of Sales app, please contact their support. For more information, please visit www.idtechproducts.com.
