Manage Questions - You can create questions of type - single choice, multiple choices, Mach the right choices, Single Text and Descriptive. The questions as well as answer choices can have images in the form of jpg, png and gif. You can record voice and create interactive voice questions. You can have answer explanations while you create practice tests.
Manage Tests - You can create - single question mode (single question navigation during exam) tests and multi question mode tests. You can configure the test passing score, total number of questions, test type and test activation period. While assigning the questions to the tests, you can clone the questions so that you can use the same question for other tests also.
The test type includes Practice tests and Screening test with hide/show results. Practice tests can be used for employee training while other types can be administered for assessment and screening.
Email Communication - You can email the users' login id and password as well as other details regarding the test through Online Skill Evaluation system. All the emails will be delivered individually to the user. This feature eliminates time effort needed to collect the examinee details and send the login details individually.
Reports - Once the user takes up and completes the test, you can view the score of user and correspond to the user through email from Online Skill Evaluation system. Save.four different types of reports (PDF, RTF, HTML and CSV). You can save the reports of all or shortlisted candidates for future use. Even if the examinee is deleted from the system, the report remains as it is.
