The E-book browser is designed to act as a reader for offline Web sites. Under the hood, it uses Microsoft's Internet Explorer as a browser, so it can do anything IE can do, include reading PDF files and VRML. Its only 28k and you simply copy it to the folder where the root index.html exists, double click and you have an instant e-book.small, functional and very handy.
