Save information to your own personal desktop knowledgebase. netXtract automatically indexes each document displayed by IE, extracts all contexts for any key term you choose and allows you to 'jump' directly to the context you find most interesting. Once you've found relevant information, you decide exactly what to save for future reference in your Knowledge Base. NetXtract's Knowledge Base (KB) Manager allows you to categorize, maintain and query your Knowledge Base. Selecting any entry saved from a Web document returns you directly to that point in the original online document. You can also save to your Knowledge Base from any other application (MS Word, e-mail client, and so on). Version 3 has full IE 7 support and includes key phrase indexing, word definitions, knowledgebase data export (HTML, XML, MS Access formats).
