You can load a JPEG or GIF image and convert it into an HTML table. It reads out the color information of each pixel from the image and creates a table with empty cells of the respective background colors. You can also create a table in B/W or Sepia. The image can be scaled down in size. You might want to use it if you want to display an image without making it available for search engines or for download. The table can be saved and edited by hand for special needs.
