Quickly and easily create and test closed captioning for your multimedia files. Hi-Caption allows users to interactively create SAMI files for their media files for use with the Windows Media Player. In order to make your multimedia accessible under Section 508 Rule (b) and W3C Priority 1 check point 1.4, you need to create synchronized captioning with your media files. The captioning file is stored in a SAMI file which is an acronym for Synchronized Accessible Media Interchange. This file is very similar to HTML, but is a different language. Just as you would rather use a Web editor to create Web files, this program allows you to easily create the formatted captioning file without having to learn the code behind it. Version 4.0 Adds Flash MX 2004 Support and Real Support.
