Bersirc is a IRC chat client for Windows that contains features beyond your imagination. Bersirc is now open source and features an ICQ like notify list, advanced filtering and a highly configurable user interface and finger client support. Overall a very nice and easy to use IRC chat program that offers powerful features while maintaining a comfortable Windows "style".
