If you are new to tracking macros or even if you are an experienced flexible dieter, this little tool is a easy little calculator to help you set up and adjust your daily macronutrient goals. For those of you that are more experienced and already know what your current caloric intake is, it has the optional Calorie Intake field to allow you to customize your macro goals beyond the usual formula that most macro calculators use. You can also adjust the protein multiplier to increase or decrease the protein factor based on Lean Body Weight. It displays macros in terms of percentages for those that use a Food Diary that only allows you to enter percentages for your macronutrient goals instead of grams. You can also save the calculated values and view a history of your macros by date that are sectioned by Month and Year as a nice little reference that supports the ability to delete any history record as well.
