The AAPT Fitness app is designed to give you a fresh and varied workout, at the moment we have 100 exercises complete with instructional descriptions of how the exercise is performed. Just select how many exercises you want in your workout 3 - 5, click Make Workout and you get your workout. This was originally created for the AAPT Fitness Boot Camp which is why you will find exercises using equipment you may not have, however, this app will continue to be updated to create a more tailored workout as well as the random ones, the next update will include yoga exercises.
