This app is a handy guide to the Pull-Push-Legs method of rapid improvement in weight workouts by alternating muscle groups between upper body pulling, pushing and then lower body workouts. This gives rest day (s) to allow muscles to rebuild in-between. Also, the number of repetitions in a set, and number and sets are designed to give rapid improvements. Another benefit is being able to complete the workout in less time without over-working your whole body. The authors used it through high school and college and it worked well with study.
