The Cardio Coach is designed to be used in the gym. Just set it on the book rack of the treadmill, stationary bicycle, stairclimber or other aerobic conditioning machine. The buttons used for measuring heart rate and other data during the training session are large and easy to press without the use of a stylus. The heart rate and machine settings (such as speed or level) are automatically recorded as you workout.
